Port of Miami FAQs
How much does Port of Miami group transportation cost?+
The 14-passenger sprinter is $200/hour with a 4-hour minimum (group transfers from $800). Coaches are $250/hour (36-passenger) or $210/hour (55-passenger) with a 5-hour minimum, plus 20% gratuity and a 3.5% processing + 2% convenience fee on card payments — every charge itemized before you pay.
When should we arrive at the port for our cruise?+
Most cruise lines board 3–4 hours before sailing and close check-in about an hour before departure. We plan your pickup so the group reaches the terminal early in the boarding window.
Can you pick us up at MIA or FLL and take us straight to the ship?+
Yes — airport-to-port is one of our most common cruise runs, from both Miami International and Fort Lauderdale, with room for everyone's luggage.
Do you do post-cruise (debarkation) pickups?+
Yes. Book the return leg and your chauffeur will be staged near your terminal on debarkation morning, coordinating by phone as your group exits.
Is there room for all our luggage?+
Cruise groups travel heavy and that's fine — the sprinter carries 14 with bags, and the coaches add overhead racks and undercarriage bays for large groups.
Which terminals do you serve?+
All Port of Miami cruise terminals (PortMiami, Dodge Island), plus Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale on request.
