Event transportation FAQs
Do you do round trips — drop off and pick up after the event?+
Yes. Hourly bookings keep your vehicle and chauffeur for the whole window, so the same ride that drops you off is waiting when it ends.
Can you take us to Hard Rock Stadium for Dolphins games or F1?+
Yes — game days, concerts, and race weekend are some of our most popular runs. We plan around event traffic and use the venue's designated bus and rideshare zones.
How much does event transportation cost?+
The open-air party bus is a flat rate from $749 for a private 2-hour ride. The sprinter is $200/hour (4-hour minimum); coaches are $250/hour (36-passenger) or $210/hour (55-passenger) with a 5-hour minimum, plus 20% gratuity and a 4% card fee — all itemized before you pay.
Can we drink on board?+
The open-air party bus is BYOB-friendly (cans and plastic only). For the sprinter and coaches, ask when booking — policies vary by vehicle and event.
How early should we book for big events like Ultra or F1?+
For major event weekends, book as soon as you have tickets — vehicles across all of Miami sell out well before the event.
