How much does group airport transportation cost in Miami?+
The 14-passenger sprinter is $200/hour with a 4-hour minimum (group transfers from $800). Coaches are $250/hour (36-passenger) or $210/hour (55-passenger) with a 5-hour minimum, plus 20% gratuity and a 3.5% processing + 2% convenience fee on card payments — every charge itemized before you pay.
Do you pick up at both MIA and FLL?+
Yes — Miami International (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood (FLL) pickups and drop-offs are both covered, along with private aviation terminals on request.
What happens if our flight is delayed?+
Give us your flight number when you book and your chauffeur coordinates the pickup window around your actual arrival, confirming the meet point by phone once you land.
Where does the chauffeur meet us?+
For most groups the vehicle stages at the arrivals curb for your terminal and the chauffeur confirms exact door/column by phone or text as you exit baggage claim.
Is there room for everyone's luggage?+
Yes — the sprinter carries 14 passengers with luggage, and the coaches add overhead racks (36-passenger) and undercarriage bays (55-passenger) for large-group loads.
