Office Holiday Party Ideas in Miami

Planning the office holiday party is a real job. You need something most of the team will enjoy, that works for drinkers and non-drinkers, fits a budget and doesn't feel like another night at the same restaurant. Here are ideas that work in Miami, plus what to sort out early so December doesn't catch you.

1. Dinner plus a skyline ride

The classic dinner gets a lot better with something before or after it. Book your restaurant, then add a 2-hour private ride through Downtown, Brickell and Wynwood on an open-air bus. Ride first and everyone arrives at dinner already talking, or ride after and end the night with the skyline lit up. Either way, nobody has to drive between stops.

2. A Christmas lights tour

Miami does holiday lights its own way, with palm trees wrapped in lights and neighborhoods that go all out. A lights tour on an open-air holiday party bus gives the team a festive night without a venue to book. Bring hot cocoa or holiday drinks and a playlist, and let the route do the rest.

3. A team outing during the day

Not every company party has to be at night. A daytime ride through Little Havana and Wynwood works well for teams with families, early schedules or people who don't drink. Daytime slots are often easier to get than Friday and Saturday nights in December.

4. Keep it inclusive

The best holiday parties work for everyone. Choose a plan that doesn't depend on alcohol: on a private bus, drinks are your choice, and plenty of companies ride with soft drinks and snacks only. Pick a start time that suits people with kids, and share the plan early so nobody feels left out.

5. Bring the whole company together

Bigger teams can still share one experience. Each Rumbatours bus holds up to 30 guests, and for larger companies we run several buses for the same event so everyone gets the same night. It's simpler than finding one venue that fits everybody.

What to sort out early

  • Book December dates early. Friday and Saturday nights in December are in high demand, for party buses and restaurants alike.
  • Ask about invoicing. If your company pays by invoice rather than card, say so up front. Rumbatours can invoice company bookings.
  • Count your headcount honestly. Plan for who will actually come, then add a small buffer.
  • Plan the timing around dinner. A 2-hour ride fits neatly before or after a reservation.

What it costs

A private 2-hour ride on the Rumbatours open-air bus is $749 for up to 15 guests, $799 for 16–22 and $950 for 23–30, plus service fees shown before you pay. For several buses or invoice billing, call or WhatsApp us for a quote.
